Building momentum around a shared understanding of conflict in Jos, Nigeria

Ask ten people what drives youth conflict in Jos, and you will get ten answers, each partly right and each misleading on its own. So this year, working with our partners, we stopped listing the problems and started mapping how they connect. Here is how we built it, and why other organisations are signing it.
