Consulting
In addition to our long-term partnerships, we offer our third-party services to other organisations on a short-term consultancy basis
We are passionate about seeing faith-led organisations and churches equipped to build peace wherever they are. Whether you’re an NGO wanting to evaluate an existing programme or a church considering how to tackle divides in your community, we can support you in your journey of evidence-led, everyday peacebuilding.
As part of our decolonial approach, we charge organisations from the Global North a competitive rate, which enables us to work with our long-term partners at no cost.
Our services:
Conflict Analysis
We use a systems view to analyse the role of religious institutions, political actors and theologies play in driving conflict or catalysing peace.
We can support you to analyse the dynamics of conflict where you’re working, to ensure your intervention tackles the root causes of violence.
Programme Design
We can support you to identify your unique strengths as well as your theologies of peace to develop an evidence-led approach to your programme design.
We help you to develop a theory of change, considering both technical interventions and spiritual transformation.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning
We want to support you to understand the changes resulting from your peacebuilding and how to improve your programmes to have greater impact.
We can support throughout the monitoring, evaluation and learning process, from developing a framework for evaluation, data collection and subsequent analysis.

Featured project: Consulting
How do churches in Nigeria work with local communities to build relationships and sustain holistic development?
Seek Peace is working with CRUDAN on a five-year project to equip churches and theological institutions with skills to initiate local development and peacebuilding activities within their congregations, based on local needs. Seek Peace is supporting CRUDAN as the central hub to co-design and run this project as well as provide ongoing training and support for staff and volunteer teams across Nigeria. We are also helping them think through and collect the best data to improve their impact, and to display this clearly through dashboards and data visualisation.
